When you think of Self Care the words, hair, feet, yoga, drinks and nails are the most common things thought of.  

Self Care doesn't have to end with those. Reading a book to simulate or refresh your mind is essential to self care. 

Reading a chapter a week can help you become more focused and creative in your own way. 

For this week I'm reading Jesseca Dupart "When The Miracle Drops". I just completed my first chapter and my key take away from it is that you must have honest faith in what you are doing. 

No one is going to believe in you more than yourself. 

No one is going to push you more than yourself.

No one is going to Dream bigger than yourself. 

It's great to have a team behind you but your first and biggest team member is you. 

Invest the time and care in yourself the rest will follow.
